THREE people have been arrested for drug offences in Southampton.

Officers from Southampton’s High Harm Team and the Southampton West Neighbourhood Policing Team carried out the search at an address in Castle Street yesterday.

A 20-year-old man from Southampton and a 17-year-old boy from Portsmouth were arrested on suspicion of possession with intent to supply a Class B drug.

An 18-year-old from Southampton was arrested on suspicion of possession with intent to supply a Class A drug.

All three were released from custody but remain under investigation while police enquiries continue.

A spokesperson from Hampshire Police said: "We continue to ask anyone who suspects drug related activity to be happening in their neighbourhood to contact us.
