I would like to air my opinions regarding the coronavirus, I do not know if any of your readers are aware of this but I would suggest to them that they read Dean Koontz’s 1981 novel The Eye of Darkness, in which an outbreak of the virus is predicted.
Buried in the book is a reference to a killer virus known as “Wuhan 400”, which happens to be the name of the city in which the coronavirus originated.
The excerpt features a character discussing biological warfare, calling the virus “the perfect weapon”.
The reason I have quoted this is it seems very odd that when Great Britain was a member of the EU no-one ever heard of such viruses coming to the fore, now we are out of the EU it makes me wonder if this has now turned into a real-life situation because of leaving the EU.
Therefore, perhaps one does wonder what would have happened if Britain had stayed as a member.
Finally, people should try not to panic as this will make matters worse than they are. It must also be checked if the tests to determine if people have the virus are being carried out correctly, as and mistakes have been made in many lab tests.
