Braintree High Street
Police are no longer looking for Connor Nye in connection with a stabbing in Braintree.
It followed an incident where a man had been assaulted at an address in the High Street at around 12.50am on January 3.
A 24-year-old man from Braintree was arrested in the early hours of this morning on suspicion of GBH with intent and he is currently in custody.
A 19-year-old woman from Colchester was also arrested on suspicion of assisting an offender and a 41-year-old man from Braintree was arrested on suspicion of assisting an offender and theft.
They are also both in custody.
A 34-year-old man from Braintree arrested on Friday morning suspicion of assisting an offender remains in custody.
