AN AUTHOR who has found a unique way of writing has published her second book.
Emma Beere, 40, is hoping Everybody Loves Emily will prove a hit with her regular readers who enjoyed the prequel, Emily unchained.
Ms Beere, who is from Braintree and writes under the name Kathy Warwick, has written her latest chick-lit novels entirely on her mobile phone as she balances her passion for writing with her job as a teaching assistant.
She said: “People seem to find this strange, but my mobile phone is on me at all times. I actually wrote one of the chapters while sitting on a bus in traffic.”
“I can be on the bus, waiting at the doctors and I’ll be writing away. The only problem I have is I’m always running a low battery.”
Ms Beere’s latest book is described as funny, relatable and has already received some five star reviews.
The book is available in hardback and in digital format.
