A MAN has been charged with theft and assaulting an emergency worker following the alleged theft of lead from Barclays in Braintree.
Richard Brown, 48, of John English Avenue, will appear at Chelmsford Magistrates’ Court on 29 June.
Police were called to Barclays in Bank Street at around 2.30am yesterday (Friday, June 21).
