A BROKEN down vehicle is blocking one lane on the A12 Londonbound this morning (May 22).
One lane is blocked at Rivenhall between junction 23 for Kelvedon South and junction 22 for Witham north.
Traffic is heavier than usual in the area and drivers are warned to expect delays.
The incident has now been cleared.
