Missing: Andrew Kinsella
POLICE in Suffolk say they are concerned for the welfare of a man who has gone missing.
Andrew Kinsella, from Haverhill, was last seen in Chelmsford on Monday, April 8, and officers say he has links to Braintree.
The 27-year-old is described as white with shoulder length black hair and has a goatee beard.
He was wearing dark green trousers, a brown jumper and a black and white head scarf.
Officers are asking anyone who has seen him or who has any information on where he may be to contact them on 101 quoting CAD 282 of 10 April.
