More shoppers: A view of a street market held in Witham last year
THE town centre markets in both Braintree and Witham will be closed tomorrow (March 16), according to Braintree Council.
Forecast high winds mean the Saturday markets won't be running but the council says some traders might still chose to trade.

Some traders may choose to still operate & brave the wind but may go home early if the weather picks up!

The market in Witham on Saturday, March 23, is scheduled to go ahead as scheduled.Â
The first Braintree Street Market of the year is set to be held on Saturday, March 30.
