Police: Arrest made
POLICE have arrested a man who was wanted in connection with malicious communications.
Officers say the 35-year-old man presented himself at Chelmsford police station on Tuesday.
The man, who has links to Braintree and Witham, was arrested on suspicion of malicious communications and remains in custody.
