Crown Court: The man is due to appear again later this month
A MAN has appeared in court charged with assaulting a woman just before Christmas.
Dayne Mack, of Chestnut Walk, Witham, was charged with actual bodily harm and criminal damage to two doors worth £500 after the incident in Witham on December 22.
The 29-year-old appeared at Chelmsford Magistrates’ Court on Boxing Day and is now due to appear before Chelmsford Crown Court on January 23.
