ASPIRING entrepreneurs are being invited to a workshop to help them kickstart their own businesses.
Greenfields housing association will host the event for people to discuss their ideas and what to consider before going self-employed or starting a business.
It will be open to anyone in the district and will include information on advertising and skills and will give participants a chance to practise pitching.
Emma Faulkner, of Greenfields, said: “We want to help people in our communities to be financially independent and create careers from their passions.
“This workshop will help to nurture their ideas, give them the opportunity to meet like-minded people and explore the world of self-employment and see if it’s right for them.”
It is being organised by Clarion Housing.
It will take place on Monday, December 3 at Greenfields House, in Braintree, from 10am until 3.30pm.
