A CONSULTATION will take place tomorrow over plans to build 575 homes on a former golf course and equestrian centre.
A public notice says developers, The Unex Group, will share their plans for the redevelopment of the Towerlands Park site, off Deanery Hill, at the meeting.
The plans include a nursery and "local services" and developers say they want residents to share their views on the proposals.
The mixed use centre closed in July 2012 and has been empty ever since.
It was then identified as a strategic growth location within Braintree Council’s Draft Local Plan.
The consultation will take place at the Braintree and Bocking Community Association between 3pm and 8pm on Tuesday, November 27.
