May I try and make motorists aware of what they do on the roads, particularly when they approach cyclists.

As a cyclist have noticed there are a minority of what I call idiot motorists who come very close when trying to push their way past.

It is not only that, it is the speed they are travelling at when doing so.

Motorists must realise all built up areas are 30mph unless otherwise signed.

Even if there is a 30mph speed limit it is not always possible to do so and travelling at 20mph or 25mph is far better and lessens the impact in the event of an accident.

So please motorists, watch for the cyclist who is just simply trying to get some enjoyment, exercise, and preventing further pollution by getting on their bike.
