Bid: River View in Witham
DEVELOPERS will submit a planning application for 78 new homes in Witham later this month.
Bellway Homes revealed it will soon be making the bid to build the homes on land at River View in a letter to Witham Town Council.
In the letter the developer says it will be host a resident drop-in session before the bid goes in to "allow for feedback and views on our designs".
The session will take place at the Witham United Reformed Church in Newland Street from 4pm until 8pm on Monday, October 22.
