The ride kicks off from Braintree Sport and Health Centre on Saturday
A family orientated day aiming to get people on their bikes and riding safely will take place in Braintree.
Braintree's volunteer cycling group, Easy Riders, are running a free Dr Bike service from 10am on Saturday at Braintree Sport and Health Centre, in Panfield Lane.
There will also be a refresher cycle confidence session, which again is free of charge.
A family orientated ride start from 11am at the centre, and is suitable for all ages, backgrounds and abilities.
The sessions will continue throughout the summer.
Run by Happy Handlebars and Braintree Easy Riders, the events are funded by the People's Postcode Lottery.
