A man from Witham has been convicted as part of Essex Police's latest anti-drink and drug driving campaign.
Andrew Smith, 54, of Church Street, Witham, was arrested on December 15 in the road where he lives.
He has been disqualified from driving for 12 months, fined £120, and ordered to pay £85 costs and a £30 victim surcharge for drink driving.
The campaign ran from December 1, 2017 to January 1, 2018 and saw 148 people arrested.
