ANOTHER man has been charged in connection with an armed robbery at a post office in Cressing.
Ross Wightman, 32, unemployed, of Salcott Creek Court, Braintree, has been charged with robbery and possession of an imitation firearm with intent to cause fear of violence.
He will appear at Colchester Magistrates' Court on May 9.
The sub post office, on Evelyn Wood Road, was raided on Tuesday, February 21.
David Kimpton, 47, and of no fixed address, was charged with robbery, possession of a class A drug, possession of an imitation firearm with intent to cause fear of violence and two counts of driving a vehicle taken without the owner's consent, in March and is currently going through court proceedings.
