A MAN has been taken to hospital after a medical emergency.
The East of England Ambulance Service received a call yesterday at 12.23pm to reports of an unconscious man at an address in Splash Court, Braintree.
The service dispatched a rapid response vehicle, ambulance crew, hazardous area response team and an air ambulance from the Essex and Herts Air Ambulance Trust to assist.
At the scene the man, believed to be in his 40s, was assessed and sedated before being taken to Broomfield Hospital via land ambulance for further care.
