A KEEN photographer managed to snap stunning photographs of woodland birds whilst taking a walk through the trees.
Arlo Nicholson, from Railway Street in Braintree, was in Braintree and Bocking public gardens when he spotted the birds.
Mr Nicholson, 16, said: "I have been doing photography for a year now and I love to focus on nature, as I am very connected with the earth.
"I love photographing birds and wildlife as nature-related things fascinate me.''
The photos were taken at lunch time on Saturday, April 16.
