PLANS to build up to 150 homes on a prime development spot are set to go on display.
Town councillors met with property agents Strutt and Parker last month to discuss the future of a six hectare site off Conrad Road in Witham, which is owned by the Elms Trust.
Strutt and Parker will hold a public exhibition for the plans at the Public Hall in Collingwood Road on August 4, between 3.30pm and 7.30pm.
