Long haul flights have returned to Stansted Airport and the service is set to grow by next year.
Three new transatlantic flights to Orlando, Las Vegas and Cancun were launched from Stansted Airport on Friday, Saturday and Monday by Thomas Cook.
The inaugural flights were marked with dancing, cakes, balloons and Disney singers with children’s gift bags for passengers.
Thomas Cook Airlines chief executive Christoph Debus said: “We’re also doubling our departures to Orlando next summer to four times a week, making Stansted a great partner for us to offer the best experience to our customers.”
