A Witham school pupil has a won a competition to create a new logo for the chamber of commerce.
Witham Chamber of Commerce gave Year 10 students at Maltings Academy the chance to create a design which incorporated four key elements: retail, industrial, leisure and commerce.
Harry Pudney’s design was chosen as the winner and he was given an iTunes voucher prize, sponsored by Tina Townsend of Acacia Business Services Ltd and presented by Witham mayor Bill Rose on Tuesday.
Mrs Townsend said: “All the participants should be proud of what they achieved, it's a shame we could only have one design.”
