A12 partially blocked near J20
The A12 northbound is partially blocked following an incident.
It occurred today at about 5pm near J20 (Hatfield Peverel/B1137).
The ambulance service has not been requested to attend.
Traffic is slow moving back to J17 (Howe Green A130).
