Police have made a further arrest in connection with an acid attack in Witham.
Dad-of-two Wayne Ingold suffered life-changing injuries to his face, neck and hands after someone threw corrosive liquid at him as he was collecting his post at a block of flats in Bramble Road in August.
An 18-year-old man from Lewisham in south east London is currently in custody has been arrested on suspicion of GBH.
A 15-year-old boy from Mitcham, south London, appeared at Colchester Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday, November 12, and was remanded in custody to appear at Chelmsford Crown Court on January 19.
UPDATE: The 18-year-old has now been bailed pending further enquiries. He will return to an Essex police station on February 7.
