THE boundaries of Braintree could be redrawn as the latest commission proposal is launched.
The Local Government Boundary Commission will launch its latest consultation on the draft recommendations for new ward boundaries within the district on Tuesday.
The consultation will run until April 14 and final recommendations are expected to be published in July, and will come into force in time for the 2015 local elections.
Between March 26 and May 7 last year the commission consulted on plans to drop the number of local councillors from 60 to 50.
Later that year it asked people for their opinions on the new wards for the 50 councillors.
