Braintree: Dog owner's upset at fatal attack
A Braintree man wants all dangerous dogs muzzled after one of his pomeranians was killed and a second injured.
Marcus Monteverde, 63, had been taking Toby and Misty for a walk when he claims a Staffordshire bull terrier charged over and attacked them in Park Drive on Saturday, August 10, shortly after 7.30pm.
Mr Monteverde, who also owns pomeranians Stella and Holly, said: “Misty got killed and Toby had to be taken as an emergency to the vets for eye injuries.
“It was terrible.”
