Visitors to a village first recorded in the Domesday Book of 1086 can now find out more about its history.

Heritage trail boards have been installed in Felsted following a two year project led by resident Chris Lee and financed by Felsted Preparatory School and the parish council.

Pupils from the preparatory school helped and historian John Drury were also involved in the project.
