Notice is hereby given that Surya Hotels has applied in respect of Unit 2 St Nicholas House, High Street Colchester , for a Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003 to allow for the sale of alcohol between 9am - 12pm Monday - Sunday. Representations to this application must be made in writing, by 19th November 2018 to the Licensing Manager, Colchester Borough Council, Licensing Authority, Rowan House, 33 Sheepen Road, Colchester, CO3 3WG. The register of licensing applications can be inspected online at www.colchester.gov.uk and between 09.00 and 17.00 Monday to Friday at the offices of Colchester Borough Council at Rowan House, Colchester. It is an offence on summary conviction, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine for which is, £5000.
