Town & Country Planning (Environmental Impact Assessment) Regulations 2017

Notice is hereby given that Essex County Council has received additional information from A W and G W Day Ltd and Tarset Farms pursuant to the planning application for the construction of an agricultural reservoir involving the extraction, processing and exportation of sand and gravel and soils; the erection and use of an on-site processing plant with ancillary facilities; and highway and access improvements at land at Sheepcotes Farm, Sheepcotes Lane, Little Waltham, Chelmsford, CM3 3LU. Together with the construction of an associated irrigation pipeline to the site from the proposed abstraction point (River Chelmer at Langleys, Great Waltham) - Application reference: ESS/01/18/CHL (New Description, Site Area and Revised Proposals) The proposed development may not accord with the provision of the Essex Minerals Local Plan (2014) and/ or Chelmsford City Council Core Strategy and Development Control Policies (2008) as amended by the Core Strategy and Development Control Policies Focused Review (2013) in force in the area which the land to which the application relates is situated. Notice of Making of an Order Highways Act 1980 Public Path Diversion Order 2018 Footpath 31 Galleywood

The above order, made on 4 July 2018, under section 119 of the Highways Act 1980, will divert a part length of Footpath 31 of unknown width shown by a bold continuous line on the Order Map commencing from a point located approximately 40 metres north east of the main vehicle entrance to Chelmer Park and adjacent to the public highway known as Beehive Lane running in a generally westerly direction south of a property boundary for 42 metres to reach a point adjacent to the north western corner of a property boundary before continuing in a north easterly direction within Chelmer Park and parallel to the rear of property boundaries then heading north, north west and then north east for a total distance of 209 metres to reach a point in the north east corner of Chelmer Park before continuing in a north westerly direction parallel to the northern boundary of the park for 130 metres to a point approximately 31 metres north west of the tennis court, to an alternative route 2 meters in width commencing from a point located adjacent to the main vehicle entrance to Chelmer Park and the public highway known as Beehive lane running in a west, north westerly direction through a gap in the hedge passing close to the aforementioned point adjacent to the north western corner of a property

boundary and continuing on in a generally northerly and then north westerly direction through the park for 137 metres to where it meets and then runs along the existing surfaced track in first a north westerly then north, north easterly, then north, north westerly direction for a total distance of 196 metres to the aforementioned end point.

A copy of the Order and the Order map have been placed and may be seen free of charge at Chelmsford City Council, Civic Centre, Duke Street, Chelmsford CM1 1JE and at Chelmsford Public Library, Market Road CM1 1QH during normal working hours. Copies are available on request from the Chelmsford Library at a charge.

Any representations about or objections to the order may be sent in writing to Robert Lee, Definitive Map Service, Essex County Council, Seax House, 2nd Floor, Victoria Road South, Chelmsford CM1 1QH not later than 16 August 2018. Please state the grounds on which they are made.

If no such representations or objections are duly made, or if any so made are withdrawn, Essex County Council may confirm the Order as an unopposed order. If the Order is sent to the Secretary of State for the Environment for confirmation any representations or objections which have not been withdrawn will be sent together with the Order Any such representation or objections will be taken into account by the Council with the result that they may be made available to the public under the Local Government (Access to Information) Act 1985.

(Army and Navy Roundabout, Chelmsford) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2018

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Army and Navy Roundabout, Chelmsford in the City of Chelmsford, between its junctions with Parkway, a distance of approximately 30m and its junctions with Essex Yeomanry Way, a distance of approximately 30m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 3rd August 2018 for 4 nights, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201BR10002 -Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on www.roadworks.org. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while bridge maintenance works are undertaken by Essex County Council.

An alternative route for eastbound traffic is available via Parkway, Parkway Roundabout Baddow Road, Parkway.

An alternative route for westbound traffic is available via Essex Yeomanry Way, Southbound Slip from Essex Yeomanry Way to Maldon Road, Maldon Road, Northbound Slip from Maldon Road to Essex Yeomanry Way, Essex Yeomanry Way. The Order will come into effect on 26th July 2018 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Flyover, Chelmsford) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2018

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Flyover, Chelmsford in the City of Chelmsford, from its exit and entrance slip roads of Essex Yeomanry Way to its exit and entrance slip roads of Parkway, a distance of approximately 440m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 23rd July 2018 for 21 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201BR10001 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on www.roadworks.org. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while essential repair works are undertaken by Essex County Council. An alternative route is available via Parkway, Army and Navy Roundabout, Essex Yeomanry Way and vice versa.

The Order came into effect on 19th July 2018 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(White Hart Lane, Chelmsford & Colchester Road, Chelmsford) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic & Temporary Introduction of 30 mph Speed Limit) Order 2018

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order:

1. To temporarily close that length of White Hart Lane, Chelmsford in the City of Chelmsford, from Colchester Road roundabout for a distance of approximately 125m in a northwesterly direction.



2. To temporarily close that length of Colchester Road, Chelmsford in the City of Chelmsford from White Hart Lane roundabout for a distance of approximately 460m in a northeasterly direction.



3. To temporarily introduce a 30 mph speed limit on that length of White Hart Lane, Chelmsford in the City of Chelmsford, from Colchester Road roundabout for a distance of approximately 125m in a northwesterly direction.



4. To temporarily introduce a 30 mph speed limit on that length of Colchester Road, Chelmsford in the City of Chelmsford from White Hart Lane roundabout for a distance of approximately 460m in a northeasterly direction.



The restrictions are scheduled to commence on 23rd July 2018 for 197 days, or where stated on a valid permit. The scheduled dates may vary for these works (EP02231002385 - Henderson and Taylor) with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on www.roadworks.org. The restrictions is required for the safety of the public and workforce while carriageway widening works are undertaken by Henderson and Taylor.

Please note: The closures will not be in force for the whole duration please see www.roadworks.org for more information.

The Order will come into effect on 12th July 2018 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Colchester Road, Chelmsford) (Temporary Suspension of Cycle Lane) Order 2018

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily suspend the cycle lane in that length of Colchester Road, Chelmsford in the City of Chelmsford from White Hart Lane roundabout for a distance of approximately 460m in a northeasterly direction. The suspension is scheduled to commence on 23rd July 2018 for 6 months, or where stated on a valid permit (EP02231002385 -Henderson and Taylor). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on www.roadworks.org. The suspension is required for the safety of the public and workforce while carriageway widening works are undertaken by Henderson and Taylor. The Order came into effect on 12th July 2018 and may continue in force for 6 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Larks Lane, Great Waltham) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2018

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Larks Lane, Great Waltham in the City of Chelmsford, from a point approximately 260m east of its junction with Hoe Lane for a distance of approximately 460m in an easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 23rd July 2018 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (BC005CC1W0000000IBB9MHMU - BT). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on www.roadworks.org. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while works to replace a telephone pole and overhead cables are undertaken by BT.

An alternative route is available via Larks Lane, Hoe Lane, South Street, The Village, Chelmsford Road and vice versa.

The Order came into effect on 12th July 2018 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
