(Radley Green Road, Chelmsford) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2018

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Radley Green Road, Chelmsford in the City of Chelmsford, from its junction with Colley Bridge Lane for a distance of approximately 198m in a southwesterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 21st June 2018 for 2 days, or where stated on a valid permit (BC005CB1W0000000EA3VKF14 - BT). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on www.roadworks.org. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while overhead structure works are undertaken by BT.
An alternative route is available via Radley Green Road, Ongar Road, Cooksmill Green and vice versa.
The Order came into effect on 7th June 2018 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier

(Moor Hall Lane, Bicknacre) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2018

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Moor Hall Lane, Bicknacre in the City of Chelmsford, from a point approximately 315m west of its junction with Bicknacre Road for a distance of approximately 26m in a southerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 9th July 2018 for 5 days, or where stated on a valid permit (AZ0081000708743 - Cadent Gas). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on www.roadworks.org. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while laying new gas service connection works are undertaken by Cadent Gas. An alternative route is available via Priory Road, Main Road, Bicknacre Road and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 21st June 2018 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier

(Various Roads, City of Chelmsford) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic & Clearway) (No.5) Order 2017

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order:
1. To temporarily close the various lengths of road in the City of Chelmsford as specified in the schedule to this Order.
2. A temporary 'No Stopping' restriction will be introduced on both sides of carriageway on the above lengths of roads for the duration of the closure to facilitate the works. Signs will be installed indicating when the No Stopping restriction will be in force.

"The Borough Council of Chelmsford (Waiting, Loading and Parking Consolidation) Order 2009" will be temporarily amended to include the temporary 'No Stopping at Any Time' restriction and suspend any existing parking and waiting restrictions on the above lengths of roads only. All other restrictions and exemptions contained in the aforementioned Order and Amendments to that Order shall remain in force.
The works being undertaken will take place within an 18-month period from 7th June 2018, exact dates will be specified on http://roadworks.org/. The roads will be closed to facilitate each phase and then re-opened to the public. Access will be maintained for emergency services. Diversion routes will be signed at each location and residents will be informed of the dates of each phase via letter / leaflet drop and advanced warning signs on the road. (Moulsham Street, Chelmsford) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2018

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Moulsham Street, Chelmsford in the City of Chelmsford, from its junction with Parkway to its junction with Hall Street, a distance of approximately 90m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 18th June 2018 for 4 nights (works to take place between 19:00 - 06:00), or where stated on a valid permit (EN0143059032 - Essex And Suffolk Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on www.roadworks.org. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while new service connections works are undertaken by Essex And Suffolk Water.
An alternative route is available via Parkway, New London Road, New Writtle Street, Moulsham Street, Grove Road, Mildmay Road, Hall Street.
The Order came into effect on 7th June 2018 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
