Notice is hereby given that Martin Smith of Broxbourne Brewery Ltd (Trading as Fallen Angel Brewery) has applied to Chelmsford City Council on 08/03/2018 for a new premises licence to use Unit 12C Reeds Farm Estate, Roxwell Road, Writtle CM1 3ST for the provision of the sale of alcohol on site, retail and off sales to the public & trade between the hours of 9am - 6pm Monday to Sunday. A record of this application is held by the Chelmsford City Council and can be viewed by members of the public by appointment during the hours of 8:45am to 4:45pm, Monday to Friday except public holidays, at the offices of Chelmsford City Council, Civic Centre, Duke Street, Chelmsford, Essex, CM1 1JE. Any person wishing to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing to the licensing authority at the address shown above, giving in detail the grounds of objection by 05/04/2018 The licensing authority must receive representations by the date given above. The licensing authority will have regard to any such representation when considering the application. It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in, or in connection with an application for premises licence and the maximum fine on being convicted of such an offence is £5000.
