Borough of Hertsmere Schedule 14, section 25 of the Local

Government Act 1972 NOTICE is given that Hertsmere Borough Council, pursuant to schedule 14, section 25 of the Local Government Act 1972, intends to pass a resolution applying Section 76 of the Public Health Act 1925 namely, the provisions of the Town Police Clauses Act 1847 and byelaws of the local authority relating to hackney carriages to hackney carriages standing or plying for hire at any railway station or railway premises within the borough and notice is further given that such resolution will be made on or after 26 March 2018.
