Notice is hereby given that Essex County Council has received a planning application from TARMAC AGGREGATES LTD for continuation of development permitted by planning permission ESS/05/15/CHL without compliance with conditions 2, 3, 15 to allow the restoration of Area Z, the Former Plant Site and Brittons Hall Farm Landfill Site to be completed by 31 December 2019. ESS/05/15/CHL was for the following development 'the modification to the restoration profile and the restoration scheme for the non-hazardous landfill arising from overtipping of approx. 85,250 cubic metres (part retrospective). Enhanced restoration of a former landfilling area by the importation of inert materials and biosolids to enable agricultural after-use and restoration scheme for the former mineral processing plant site to woodland, nature conservation and agricultural after-uses (including retention of hardstanding and workshop). All to be completed by 31 December 2015 at Roxwell Quarry Complex, Boyton Cross, Roxwell, Chelmsford, CM1 4LT- ESS/70/17/CHL Footpath/Bridleway numbers 216_33, 230_40, and 230_37 may be affected by the proposal.

(Copt Hill, Danbury) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2018

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Copt Hill, Danbury in the City of Chelmsford, from its junction with Mayes Lane to its junction with Gay Bowers Lane, a distance of approximately 424m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 1st February 2018 for 2 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EN0143000096 - Essex and Suffolk Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on www.roadworks.org. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while new service connection works are undertaken by Essex and Suffolk Water An alternative route is available via Mayes Lane, Main Road, Little Baddow Road, Maldon Road, Copt Hill and vice versa The Order will come into effect on 18th January 2018 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier

(Jubilee Road, Rayleigh) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2018

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Jubilee Road, Rayleigh in the District of Rochford, from its junction with Bull Lane to its junction with Grove Road, a distance of approximately 170m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 15th January 2018 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2235578 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on www.roadworks.org. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while carriageway patching works are undertaken by Essex County Council. An alternative route is available via Grove Road, Avondale Road, Bull Lane and vice versa.

The Order came into effect on 4th January 2018 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Sunrise Avenue, Chelmsford) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2018

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Sunrise Avenue, Chelmsford in the City of Chelmsford, from its junction with Patching Hall Lane for a distance of approximately 70m in a southerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 18th January 2018 for 3 nights, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2235785 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on www.roadworks.org. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while resurfacing works are undertaken by Essex County Council. An alternative route is available via Patching Hall Lane, Broomfield Road, The Drive and vice versa.

The Order came into effect on 4th January 2018 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
