(Bridleway 45, Rayne) (Temporary Prohibition of Use) Order 2017

Further to a notices: Under Section 14(2) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, which commenced on 27th September 2017 and 18th October 2017.

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close Bridleway 45, Rayne, in the District of Braintree will be closed underneath the width of Fenton Farm Bridge (ECC No. 1504) for a distance of approximately 8 metres. The closure is scheduled to commence on 8th November 2017 for 6 months, weather permitting, or where appropriate signs are showing, and is required for the safety of the public due to the poor condition of Fenton Farm Bridge (ECC No. 1504).

The members of the public will need to use the access tracks/ramps either side of the structure for an alternative route. The Order will come into effect on 8th November 2017 and may continue in force for 6 months, or until the works are completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Burrows Road, Earls Colne) (Temporary Suspension of One Way & Clearway) Order 2017

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice to make the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order:

1. To temporarily suspend the one way restriction on Burrows Road, Earls Colne in the District of Braintree as detailed in 'The Essex County Council (Burrows Road, Earls Colne) (One-Way Traffic)



Order 1985.

2. A temporary 'No Stopping' restriction will be introduced on both sides of carriageway on the above lengths of roads for the duration of the closure to facilitate the works. Signs will be installed indicating when the No Stopping restriction will be in force.



"The Essex County Council (Braintree District) (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (Consolidation) Order 2008" will be temporarily amended to include the temporary 'No Stopping at Any Time' restriction and suspend any existing parking and waiting restrictions on the above lengths of roads only. All other restrictions and exemptions contained in the aforementioned Order and Amendments to that Order shall remain in force. The works being undertaken will take place within an 18-month period from 9th November 2017 exact dates will be specified on http:// roadworks.org/. The roads will be closed to facilitate each phase and then re-opened to the public. Access will be maintained for emergency services.

Residents will be informed of the dates of each phase via letter/leaflet drop and advanced warning signs on the road.

(Church Street, Kelvedon) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2017

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Church Street, Kelvedon in the District of Braintree, from a point approximately 30m northwest of its junction with Thorne Road for a distance of approximately 158m in a northwesterly direction (10m either side of level crossing). The closure is scheduled to commence on 5th November 2017 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (KL165LTN1-41-52-051117 - Network Rail Infrastructure Ltd). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on www.roadworks.org. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while railway inspection works are undertaken by Network Rail Infrastructure Ltd. The Order will come into effect on 26th October 2017 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Water Lane, Shalford) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2017

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Water Lane, Shalford in the District of Braintree, from its junction with Braintree Road for a distance of approximately 1344m in a southeasterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 27th November 2017 for 5 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2236535 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on www.roadworks.org. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while carriageway patching works are undertaken by Essex County Council.

An alternative route is available via Water Lane, Jaspers Green, Shalford Road, Shalford Green, Church End, Braintree Road and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 9th November 2017 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Stambourne Road, Toppesfield) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2017

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Stambourne Road, Topplesfield, from a point approximately 800m north of its junction with Park Lane, for a further 20m in a northerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 20th November 2017 for 5 days, or where stated on a valid permit (AD03153759388 - Anglian Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on www.roadworks.org. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while repair fire hydrant works are undertaken by Anglian Water. An alternative route is available via Stambourne Road, The Street, Church Lane, The Causeway, Great Yeldham Road, Toppesfield Road, High Street, Bridge Street, Church Road, Ridgewell Road and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 2nd November 2017 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Various Roads, Braintree District) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic & Clearway) (No.12) Order 2017

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice to make the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order:

1. To temporarily close the various lengths of road in the District of Braintree as specified in Schedule.



2. A temporary 'No Stopping' restriction will be introduced on both sides of carriageway on the above lengths of roads for the duration of the closure to facilitate the works. Signs will be installed indicating when the No Stopping restriction will be in force.
