Essex County Council (Factory Lane West and Mallows Field, Halstead) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic and Parking Restriction) Order 2017
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order:

1. To temporarily close that length of Factory Lane West, Halstead in the District of Braintree, from its junction with Kings Road north east for a distance of approximately 15 metres.
2. To introduce temporary No Waiting at Any Time restrictions on both sides of Mallows Field, Halstead in the District of Braintree, from the existing No Waiting at any Time restrictions located approximately 15 metres south west of its junction with A1124 Colchester Road to its junction with Parsonage Street.

Tile reference TL815 305 of The Essex County Council (Braintree District) (permitted parking area and special parking area) (Consolidation) Order 2008 shall be temporarily varied to temporarily suspend all existing parking restrictions and introduce the No Waiting at Any Time restrictions as detailed above. All other restrictions and exemptions contained in the aforementioned Order and Amendments to that Order shall remain in force.

The temporary restrictions are scheduled to commence on 20 October 2017 to 23 October 2017 or where appropriate signs are showing and weather permitting, and are required for the safety of the public and workforce while works to install a foul water connection associated with a section 50 licence are undertaken.

The alternative route will be via Kings Road, A131 Bridge Street, A131 High Street, A1124 Colchester Road, Mallows Field, Parsonage Street, Factory Lane West and vice versa. Access for emergency service vehicles and pedestrians will be maintained at all times during the closure. The Order will come into effect on 20 October 2017 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Oak Road, Halstead) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2017

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Oak Road, Halstead in the District of Braintree, from a point approximately 55m northwest of its junction with Three Gates Close for a distance of approximately 30m in a northwesterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 24th October 2017 for 7 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EC30034775352 - UK Power Networks). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on www.roadworks.org. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while new electrical connection works are undertaken by UK Power Networks. An alternative route is available via Mount Hill, White Horse Avenue, Three Gates Close, Oak Road and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 6th October 2017 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Mount Pleasant, Halstead) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2017

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Mount Pleasant, Halstead in the District of Braintree, from its junction with New Street to its junction with Trinity Road, a distance of approximately 58m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 9th October 2017 for 10 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2234199 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on www.roadworks.org. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while carriageway patching works are undertaken by Essex County Council. An alternative route is available via New Street, Trinity Street, Mount Hill, Trinity Road and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 6th October 2017 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier. Dated: 6/10/2017
