Essex County Council Notice of Making of an Order Town & Country Planning Act 1990 -Section 257 Public Path Diversion Order 2017 Bridleway 18 Broomfield/37 Springfield in The City Of Chelmsford

Countryside Zest (Beaulieu Park LLP) have been granted Planning permission by Chelmsford City Council to construct new houses at Beaulieu Park. As a result, existing Public Rights of Way need to be re-routed. The above Order made on 15th May, 2017, will divert a part length of Bridleway 18 Broomfield commencing from point Belsted Hall Farm south of the parish boundary with Broomfield and running in a generally southerly direction to the parish boundary where it becomes Bridleway 37 Springfield, and then in a south easterly direction for a distance of approximately 268 metres to the south end of the pond, then continuing in a generally southerly direction for a distance of 374 metres to where it connects to the highway known as White Hart Lane to a new route, 3 metres in width commencing at the same above point and running in a generally south south easterly direction for a distance of approximately 248 then continuing in an east south easterly direction for a distance of 437 metres to where it connects to Footpath 8 Springfield, south of Old Lodge Farm. A copy of the Order and the Order map have been placed in and may be seen free of charge at Chelmsford City Council Offices, Civic Centre, Duke Street, Chelmsford CM1 1JE and at the Chelmsford Public Library, Market Road CM1 1QH during normal working hours. Copies are available on request from the Chelmsford Library at a charge. Any representations about or objections to the Order may be sent in writing to Laurence Page Definitive Map Service, Essex County Council, County Hall, A2 Seax House, Market Road, Chelmsford CM1 1QH no later than 22nd June and should state the grounds on which they are made. Please include an email address with your response. If no such representations or objections are duly made, or if any so made are withdrawn, Essex County Council may confirm the Order as an unopposed Order. If the Order is sent to the Secretary of State for the Environment for confirmation, any representations or objections which have not been withdrawn will be sent together with the Order Any such representation or objections will be taken into account by the Council with the result that they may be made available to the public under the Local Government (Access to Information) Act 1985. (Victoria Road, Chelmsford) (Temporary Suspension of Waiting, Loading & Parking) Order 2017
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily suspend the Waiting, Loading & Parking Order on Victoria Road, as detailed in "The Borough Council of Chelmsford (Waiting, Loading and Parking Consolidation) Order 2009".
The suspension is scheduled to commence on 16th June 2017 for 366 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP02231001215 - Blackstock Capital Developments Ltd). Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Cromar Way, Chelmsford in the City of Chelmsford, from its junction with Waterhouse Lane to its junction with Baynes Place for a distance of approximately 54m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 18th June 2017 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (YN10121394WHP/JW02 - T-Mobile (UK) Limited). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on www.roadworks.org. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while complete mobile telecom mast swap works are undertaken by T-Mobile (UK) Limited. The Order will come into effect on 18th June 2017 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2017 Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Lodge Road, Woodham Ferrers and Bicknacre in the City of Chelmsford, from its junction with Leighams Road for a distance of approximately 521 m in a Southeasterly
direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 3rd July 2017 for 2 days, or where stated on a valid permit. The scheduled dates may vary for these works (BC005CB1W0000000EA2VJT34 - BT) with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on www.roadworks.org. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while new cabling connection works are undertaken by BT. An alternative route is available via Leighams Road, Main Road, Lodge Road and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 3rd July 2017 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier

(Various Roads, City of Chelmsford) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic & Clearway) (No.3) Order 2017
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice to make the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effect of the order:
1. To temporarily close the various lengths of road in the City of Chelmsford as specified in Schedule 1.
2. A temporary 'No Stopping' restriction will be introduced on both sides of carriageway on the above lengths of roads for the duration of the closure to facilitate the works. Signs will be installed indicating when the No Stopping restriction will be in force. "The Borough Council of Chelmsford (Waiting, Loading and Parking Consolidation) Order 2009" will be temporarily amended to include the temporary 'No Stopping at Any Time' restriction and suspend any existing parking and waiting restrictions on the above lengths of roads only. All other restrictions and exemptions contained in the aforementioned Order and Amendments to that Order shall remain in force. The works being undertaken will take place within an 18-month period from 08/06/2017 exact dates will be specified on http:// roadworks.org/. The roads will be closed to facilitate each phase and then re-opened to the public. Access will be maintained for emergency services. Diversion routes will be signed at each location and residents will be informed of the dates of each phase via letter/leaflet drop and advanced warning signs on the road. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Boyton Cross Lane, Roxwell in the City of Chelmsford, from its junction with Bishops Stortford Road for a distance of approximately 362 m in a westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 3rd July 2017 for 12 days, or where stated on a valid permit. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Breeds Road, Great Waltham in the City of Chelmsford, from its junction with Hoe Lane for a distance of approximately 336 m in a westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 24th July 2017 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit. Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Margaret Woods Road, Great Waltham in the City of Chelmsford, from a point approximately 100m southwest of its junction wtih Larks Lane for a distance of approximately 224 m in a southwesterly direction.
