(Bridleway 45, Rayne) (Temporary Prohibition of Use) Order 2017

Further to the notices: Under section 14(2) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, which commenced on 7th April 2017 and 28th April 2017.

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under Section 14 (1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act

1984.

Effect of the order: to temporarily close that length of Bridleway 45, Rayne, underneath the width of Fenton Farm Bridge (ECC no. 1504) 8 metres in total length.

The closure is scheduled to commence on 19th May 2017 for 6 months or where appropriate signs are showing and weather permitting, and is required for the safety of the public due to deterioration of the structure of Fenton Farm Bridge (ECC no. 1504). The Alternative route will be via: Mill Lane, School Road, Bartholomew Green Lane, Crix Green Road, Frenches Green, Bridleway 20, Felstead, The Flitch Way (Bridleway 45, Rayne) and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 19th May 2017 and may continue in force for 6 months, or until the works are finished, whichever is the earlier.

(B1024 High Street/Feering Hill/ London Road, Kelvedon/Feering) (Temporary Suspension & Introduction of Waiting Restriction) Order 2017

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily introduce 'No Waiting/No Loading at Any Time' restrictions on the B1024 High Street/Feering Hill/London Road, Kelvedon/Feering in the District of Braintree, BOTH SIDES: from a point approximately 1125 metres south west of its junction with Station Road to a point approximately 1350 metres north of its junction of Station Road.

Essex County Council (Braintree District) (permitted parking area and special parking area) (Consolidation) Order 2008 shall be temporarily varied to temporarily suspend all existing parking restrictions and introduce the No Waiting/No Loading at Any Time restrictions on the above length of road. All other restrictions and exemptions contained in the aforementioned Order and Amendments to that Order shall remain in force.

The temporary restrictions are scheduled to commence at 8pm 20 May 2017 to 4am on 22 May 2017 and are required to facilitate the traffic flows through Kelvedon due to weekend A12 northbound closure.

The Order will come into effect on 20 May 2017 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Sunnyfields Road, Braintree) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2017

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation

Act 1984.

Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Sunnyfields Road, Braintree in the District of Braintree, from its junction with Willoughby's Lane for a distance of approximately 276 m in a northeasterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 14th July 2017 for 5 days, or where stated on a valid permit. The scheduled dates may vary for these works (BC005CA789W00000IBPT56NY- BT) with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on www.roadworks.org. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while new telegraph pole works are undertaken by BT. An alternative route is available via Sunnyfields Road, High Garrett, Lyons Hall Road, Willoughbys Lane and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 14th July 2017 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Spring Lane, Hatfield Peverel) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2017

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Spring Lane, Hatfield Peverel in the District of Braintree, from its junction with Maldon Road to its junction with Hatfield Road for a distance of approximately 1642 m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 5th June 2017 for 2 days, or where stated on a valid permit. The scheduled dates may vary for these works (EP201EH2225289 -Essex County Council) with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on www.roadworks.org. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while drainage defects works are undertaken by Essex County Council.

An alternative route is available via Maldon Road, Wickham Bishops Road, Hatfield Road and vice versa.

The Order will come into effect on 5th June 2017 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier. Dated: 11/05/2017
