(Bridleway 34 (Snivellers Footcrossing) Kelvedon) (Temporary Prohibition of Use) Order 2017

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effect of the order: to temporarily close that length of Bridleway 34 (Snivellers Footcrossing)

in the District of Braintree, from a point 20 metres either side of the crossing.

The closure is scheduled to commence on 3rd April 2017 to 20th April 2017 20:00 to 06:00

or where appropriate signs are showing and weather permitting, and is required for the safety

of the public while track renewal work is undertaken.

No alternative route available.

The Order will come into effect on 3rd April 2017 and may continue in force for 6 months,

or until the works are finished, whichever is the earlier.

(High Street, Braintree) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2017

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of High Street, Braintree in the Braintree District, from its junction with Great Square to its junction with St Michael's Road for a distance of approximately 283m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 6th April 2017 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit. The scheduled dates may vary for these works (AD037RO53210803 - Anglian Water) with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on www.roadworks.org. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while replace manhole frame and cover works are undertaken by Anglian Water. An alternative route is available via Fairfield Road, Victoria Street, Railway Street, South Street, St Michaels Road and vice versa.

The Order will come into effect on 6th April 2017 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Gainsford End Road, Toppesfield) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2017

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Gainsford End Road, Toppesfield in the Braintree District, from its junction with Carters Hill for approximately 2170m in a south westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 18th May 2017 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit. The scheduled dates may vary for these works (BC005CC11W00000IBB6PAGN2 - BT) with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on www.roadworks.org. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while replace telegraph pole works are undertaken by BT.

An alternative route is available via Carters Hill, Toppesfield Road, Bar Hall Road, Morris Green Road, Wethersfield Road, Hedingham Road, Hudsons Hill, High Street, Silver Street, Meadside, Finchingfield Road, Sculpins Lane, Gainsford End and vice versa.

The Order will come into effect on 18th May 2017 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Station Road, Witham) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2017

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Station Road, Witham in the Braintree District, from its junction with Avenue Road to a point 100 m north where it joins to Bairds Malt access. The closure is scheduled to commence on 2nd June 2017 for 18 days, or where stated on a valid permit. The scheduled dates may vary for these works (EP201EH1551860 - Essex County Council) with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on www.roadworks.org. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while carriageway and footway resurfacing works are undertaken by Essex County Council. The Order will come into effect on 2nd June 2017 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Church End & Braintree Road, Panfield) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2017

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effect of the order: To temporarily close those lengths of Church End, and Braintree Roads in

the Panfield District, from a point on Church End approximately 565m Southwest of its junction

with Braintree Road, to points approximately 100m west and east of the Braintree road junction

with Church End.. The closure is scheduled to commence on 10th April 2017 for 33 days, or

where stated on a valid permit. The scheduled dates may vary for these works

(EP201EH2218847 - Essex County Council & & EHP201EH1596703 - Essex County Council)

with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on www.roadworks.org. The closure is

required for the safety of the public and workforce while island removal, kerbing and

resurfacing works works are undertaken by Essex County Council.

An alternative route is available via Church End, Kynaston Road, Shalford Road, Jaspers

Green, Shalford Green, Braintree Road, Water Lane and vice versa.

The Order will come into effect on 10th April 2017 and may continue in force for 18 months

or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(London Road, Rivenhall) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2017

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of London Road, Rivenhall in the Braintree District, from its junction with Braxted Road to its junction with Oak Road for a distance of approximately 180m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 26th April 2017 for 2 days, or where stated on a valid permit. The scheduled dates may vary for these works (BC005CC7W00IMUK24583201A- BT) with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on www.roadworks.org. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while cable works works are undertaken by BT.

An alternative route is available via Henry Dixon Road, Oak Road, A12 From J B1389 North Of Witham To J B1024 South Of Kelvedon Ne, London Road, Roman Road, A12 J B1024 South Of Kelvedon Leave Ne, A12 From J B1024 South Of Kelvedon To J B1024 North Of Kelvedon Ne, Northbound Slip To Kelvedon, Kelvedon Bypass, Crane's Lane-Trunk-A12, Southbound Slip From Kelvedon, A12 J B1024 South Of Kelvedon Join Sw and vice versa.
