Notice Is Hereby Given Colchester Borough Council actingon behalf of the North Essex Parking Partnership in exercise of the delegated powers of the traffic authority Essex County Council granted under an Agreement dated 31 March 2011 proposes to make the above Order under Sections 1 (1), 2(1) to 3), 4 (1), 4(2), 32, 35,45,46,49 and 53 and Parts III and IV of schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the Order
1. To introduce no waiting at any time restrictions on the following lengths of road in the District of Braintree
7. To introduce Permit Holders Only (Zone K2) on the following lengths of road in the District of Braintree. Numbers 1-11 Bridge Meadow, number 1 Feering Hill (Do-Dahs) & numbers 6 (Cygnets), 8 (Bridge Cottage), 10 (River Cottage), 12 (Swan Cottage) & 14 (Willow Cottage) will be entitled to apply for two resident permits and unlimited visitor permits. Full details of current permit prices can be obtained from the North Essex Parking Partnership.
Bridge Meadow- i) North west side 9.5 metres south west from the junction with Feering Hill for its Feering entire length
ii) South east side 6.0 metres south west from its junction with Feering Hill for its entire length
8. To introduce No Waiting Mon-Fri 9am-10am on the following lengths of road in the District of Braintree

Wickham Crescent- i) West side 15.0 metres south from the junction with Trinovantian Way Braintree (west exit/entrance) for a distance of 39.0 metres south

ii) West side 15.0 metres south from the junction with Trinovantian Way (east exit/entrance) for a distance of 78.0 metres south east

iii) North east side 67.5 metres south form the junction with Trinovantian Way (west exit/entrance) for a distance of 62.0 metres east Station Road-Kelvedon

South west side from a point opposite the boundary line of numbers 8 & 9 Station Road north west for 20.2 metres
Nottage Crescent-Braintree

North east side from a point opposite the south east facing boundary line of number 1 Rosslyn Terrace north west for 74.0 metres

This Order will be incorporated into The Essex County Council (Braintree District) (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (Consolidation) Order 2008 by substituting tile numbers TL815 307 to revision 3, TL815 305 to revision 6, TL860 192 revision 2, TL860 190 to revision 2, TL855 287 to revision 3, TL750 232 to revision 2, TL850 227 to revision 3, TL865 190 to revision 2 and TL760 227 to revision 2
Further Details: A copy of the proposed Orders with plans showing the specified lengths of roads, a Statement of Reasons for proposing to make the Orders and a copy of the Order to be amended may be inspected during normal office hours at Essex Highways, County Hall, Chelmsford, CM1 1QH, Braintree District Council, Causeway House, Booking End, Braintree, CM7 9HB or at www.parkingpartnership.org

Planning Application Essex County Council Town and Country Planning Act 1990 (As Amended) Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (England) Order 2015 (As Amended) Notice Under Article 15
Notice is hereby given that Essex County Council has received a planning application from Veolia ES (UK) Ltd for Continuation of use as a Waste Transfer Station without compliance with Condition 2 (compliance with submitted details) attached to planning permission reference ESS/28/16/BTE, to allow an additional use of the site for overnight parking of associated Heavy Goods Vehicles and trailers at Cordons Farm, Long Green, Cressing, CM77 8DL - ESS/03/17/BTE
The proposed development may not accord with the provision of the Braintree District Council Local Development Framework Core Strategy (adopted September 2011) and Braintree District Local Plan Review (adopted July 2005) in force in the area which the land to which the application relates is situated.

(Motts Lane, Witham) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2017
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Motts Lane, Witham CP in the Braintree District, from Motts Lane to Eastways for a distance approximately 280 metres in a North | South direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 3rd April 2017 for 5 days, or where stated on a valid permit. The scheduled dates may vary for these works (EP201EH2221210 - Essex County Council) with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on www.roadworks.org. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while carriageway patching works are undertaken by Essex County Council.
The Order will come into effect on 3rd April 2017 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(High Street, Braintree) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2017
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of high street, Braintree in the Braintree District, from St Michael's Lane to St Michael's Road for a distance approximately 76 m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 13th march 2017 for 12 days, or where stated on a valid permit. The scheduled dates may vary for these works (EP201EH2217710 - Essex County Council) with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on www.roadworks.org. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while junction build out works are undertaken by Essex County Council.
An alternative route is available via St Michaels Lane, St Michaels Road and vice versa.
The order will come into effect on 13th march 2017 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

All properties in Pretoria Road, Saxon Close, Morley Road, Mill Barn, East Mill, numbers 49-59 Colchester Road, Highbury Terrace and numbers 14-48 Head Street will be entitled to apply for up to two resident permits and unlimited visitor Permits.
