(Tendring District) (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (Amendment No.52) Order 201*
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council proposes to make the above Order under Sections 1(1), 2(1) to (3), 3(2), 4(1), 4(2), 32(1), 35(1), 45, 46, 49, 53 and Parts III and IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To revoke 'Disabled Badge Holders Only' restrictions on the following lengths of roads in the District of Tendring as specified:
Hamilton EAST SIDE: From a point approximately 1 metre south Street, of the boundary of No's 29 & 31, southwards for a Parkeston distance of approximately 12 metres.
Tile ref: TM235 320 revision 4 to revision 5 Chapman EAST SIDE: From the common boundary of Flat 1/2 & Road, 3/4 Roseland Court south-east for a distance of Clacton-On- approximately 6.5 metres. Sea Tile ref: TM175 150 revision 6 to revision 7
First WEST SIDE: From a point approximately level with the
Avenue, southern flank wall of No. 9 First Avenue, south-Harwich eastwards for a distance of approximately 5.7 metres.
Tile ref: TM250 310 revision 5 to revision 6 Birch WEST SIDE: From the boundary of No's 24 & 26,
Avenue, southwards for a distance of approximately 6.6 metres. Harwich Tile ref: TM245 310 revision 3 to revision 4
This Order will be incorporated into The Essex County Council (Tendring District) (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (Consolidation) Order 2008 by substituting tile numbers TM245 310 revision 3 to revision 4, TM235 320 revision 4 to revision 5, TM250 310 revision 5 to revision 6, TM175 150 revision 6 to revision 7. Further details: A copy of the draft Order, a copy of this notice, a copy of the order to be amended, map tiles illustrating the proposal and a Statement of Reasons may be examined at all reasonable hours at Network Management, A2 Seax House, Victoria Road South, Chelmsford; Tendring District Council, Town Hall, Station Road, Clacton; Clacton Library, Station Road, Clacton on Sea and Harwich Library, Upper Kingsway, Harwich.
