Notice is given that the Local Planning Authority has received the following applications: Development which affect a listed building or development within a designated conservation area or which may affect the setting of a listed building. Ref No: 22/00567/HOUSE 47A Western Road Burnham-On-Crouch - Loft conversion with dormer window and flush rooflights. Ref No: 22/00702/HOUSE Wicks Manor Witham Road Tolleshunt Major - Extension to existing stables and provision of a 25m x 40m surfaced menage. Ref No:22/00712/FUL Comments can be submitted on the website or by writing to the Council quoting the application reference number by 14th July 2022.
