(Footpath 11, Gosfield, Braintree), (Temporary Prohibition of Use Extension) Order 2022
Notice is hereby given that the above Order made by Essex County Council, under s14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended), has been continued in force with the consent of the Secretary of State for the Department for Transport until 08 June 2023.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close part of Footpath 11, Gosfield, in the District of Braintree. From its junction with A1017 Hedingham Road, heading westwards for approximately 166 metres, to where it meets the northern junction of Meadway.
The alternative route will be via: Hedingham Road at the junction with Footpath 11, heading in a southerly direction to an alley that heads westwards towards Chestnut Avenue, then head north along Chestnut Avenue, then west to join Meadway, then head north on Meadway to where it connects to Footpath 11, and vice versa. The closure commenced on 08 June 2022 and is required for the safety of the public due to construction works being undertaken.
The extension was granted to enable additional time to complete the works. The Prohibition of Use restriction commenced on the 08 June 2022 and is required for the safety of the public.

(Alderford Street, Sible Hedingham) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Alderford Street, Sible Hedingham in the District of Braintree, from its junction with Alderford Farm Road for a distance of approximately 120m in a south westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 21st June 2022 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (EC30066705720 -UK Power Networks). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while tree cutting works are undertaken by UK Power Networks. An alternative route is available via Swan Street, Station Road, Queen Street, Sheepcot Road and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 26th May 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier

(America Road, Earls Colne) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of America Road, Earls Colne in the District of Braintree, from a point approximately 75m east of its junction with Coggeshall Road for a distance of approximately 255m in an easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 15th June 2022 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (BC008WCLRT62R - Openreach). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while overhead cable works are undertaken by Openreach.
An alternative route is available via America Road, Tey Road, Upper Holt Street, Coggeshall Road and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 26th May 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier

(Evelyn Wood Road, Cressing) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Evelyn Wood Road, Cressing in the District of Braintree, from a point approximately 30m north west of its junction with Jeffreys Road for a distance of approximately 65m in a northerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 20th June 2022 for 10 days, or where stated on a valid permit (AZ7011001149065 - Cadent). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while mains replacement works are undertaken by Cadent. An alternative route is available via Evelyn Wood Road, Claud Ince Avenue, Jeffreys Road and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 26th May 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier

(Hayhouse Road, Earls Colne) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Hayhouse Road, Earls Colne in the District of Braintree, from its junction with Thomas Bell Road for a distance of approximately 135m in a south westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 13th June 2022 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (AD039WAT-07594-04-30/6 - Anglian Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while wash out installation works are undertaken by Anglian Water An alternative route is available via Hayhouse Road, Foundry Lane, Massingham Drive, High Street, Church Hill, Park Lane, Upper Holt Street, Coggeshall Road, Curds Road, Newhouse Road and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 26th May 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier

(White Ash Green, Halstead) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of White Ash Green, Halstead in the District of Braintree, from its junction with Bradleys Lane for a distance of approximately 645m in a south easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 30th May 2022 for 68 days, or where stated on a valid permit (AZ5011001133123 - Cadent). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/ or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while mains replacement works are undertaken by Cadent. An alternative route is available via Mount Hill, Braintree Road, Bournebridge Hill, Pennypot Corner, Halstead Road, Gosfield Road, The Street, Halstead Road - Zc5002, White Ash Green and vice versa. The Order came into effect on 12th May 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
