Notice is hereby given
that the Essex County Council proposes to make the above Order
under section S84, and Part III of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as
amended) and Schedule 1 of The Traffic Orders Procedures Regulations 1996.
Effect of the order: To Introduce: a 20mph Speed Limit on the following lengths of road,
in the Parish of Silver End, Witham, in the District of Braintree:
Road Description

Broadway From its junction with Temple Lane and Valentine Way, for its entire

length, including any turn points. Broadway Court From its junction with Runnacles Street, and Broadway, for its
entire length, including any turn points. Broomfield From its junction with Francis Way, for its entire length, including

any turn points.
Francis Way From its junction with Broadway to its junction with Broadway, for

its entire length, including any turn points. Francis Court From its junction with Francis Way and Runnacles Street, for its

entire length, including any turn points. Manors Way From its junction with Francis Way, for its entire length, including

any turn points.
Runnacles Street From its junction with Francis Court and Francis Way, for its entire length.
Silver Street From its junction with Francis Way to its junction with Boars Tye

Road, for its entire length. The Goslings From its junction with Francis Way, for its entire length.

Weaversfield From its junction with Francis Way, for its entire length, including

any turn points.

(Crabb's Hill, Hatfield Peverel) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Crabb's Hill, Hatfield Peverel in the District of Braintree, from a point approximately 170m south west of its junction with Sportsmans Lane for a distance of approximately 60m in a south westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 16th May 2022 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (AD01557803035 - Anglian Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while premise point installation works are undertaken by Anglian Water.
An alternative route is available via Sportsmans Lane, Nounsley Road, Mowden Hall Lane and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 28th April 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Lombard Street, Finchingfield) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Lombard Street, Finchingfield in the District of Braintree, from a point approximately 425m north east of its junction with Willows Road for a distance of approximately 80m in a north easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 9th May 2022 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (AD03060039794 - Anglian Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while disconnection works are undertaken by Anglian Water.
An alternative route is available via Wethersfield Road, Sculpins Lane, Daw Street, Mill Road, Whinbush Farm Road and vice versa.
The Order came into effect on 14th April 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Panfield Lane, Braintree) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Panfield Lane, Braintree in the District of Braintree, from its junction with Bunyan Road to its junction with Rayne Road a distance of approximately 165m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 2nd May 2022 for 21 days, or where stated on a valid permit (AZ5011001144603 - Cadent). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while mains replacement works are undertaken by Cadent. An alternative route is available via Aetheric Road, Rayne Road and vice versa. The Order came into effect on 14th April 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Water Lane, Shalford) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Water Lane, Shalford in the District of Braintree, from a point approximately 800m south west of the junction with Braintree Road for a distance of approximately 310m in a south westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 2nd May 2022 for 2 days, or where stated on a valid permit (BC411SAWC9P9V6J001 - Openreach). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while pole replacement works are undertaken by Openreach.
An alternative route is available via Water Lane, Jaspers Green, Shalford Road, Kynaston Road, Church End, Braintree Road and vice versa.
The Order came into effect on 14th April 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
