Notice is hereby given that Essex County Council is seeking planning permission for the continued operation of the Waste Transfer Station without compliance with condition 2 (approved details) and condition 3 (hours) attached to permission ref: ESS/02/19/BTE to allow an increase in overnight parking of HGVs and trailers from two to six and to allow operational hours to begin at 06:00 hours Monday to Sunday and Bank/Public Holidays, at Braintree Waste Transfer Station, Cordons Farm, Long Green, Cressing, CM77 8DL -ESS/14/22/BTE
The proposed development may not accord with the provisions of the Essex and Southend-on-Sea Waste Local Plan (2017); North Essex Authorities' Shared Strategic Section 1 Plan (2021); Braintree District Council Local Development Framework Core Strategy (2011) and/or Braintree District Local Plan Review (2005) in force in the area which the land to which the application relates is situated.

(Footpath 75, Great Notley) (Temporary Prohibition of Use) Order 2022

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close Footpath 75, Great Notley in the District of Braintree, from its junction with London Road in a north westerly direction for an approximate distance of 18.4 metres.
The closure is scheduled to commence on 24 March 2022 to 03 April 2022 or where appropriate signs are showing and weather permitting. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce whilst new electricity mains connection works are undertaken.
The Order will come into effect on 24 March 2022 and may continue in force for 6 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier

(Hall Road, Panfield) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Hall Road, Panfield in the District of Braintree, from its junction with Shalford Road to its junction with Church End a distance of approximately 1940m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 6th April 2022 for 7 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2326229 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while carriageway patching works are undertaken by Essex County Council. An alternative route is available via Kynaston Road, Church End and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 17th March 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier

(Rickstones Road, Rivenhall) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Rickstones Road, Rivenhall in the District of Braintree, from a point approximately 40m west of its junction with Beech Road for a distance of approximately 155m in a westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 10th April 2022 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (BC008OGEA5460713A - Openreach). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while overhead cabling works are undertaken by Openreach.
An alternative route is available via Rickstones Road, Conrad Road, Cressing Road, Witham Road, Temple Lane, Western Road, Park Road, Church Road and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 17th March 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier

(Worlds End, Hatfield Peverel) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic & Temporary Introduction of a Clearway) Order 2022

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order:
1. To temporarily close that length of Worlds End, Hatfield Peverel in the District of Braintree, from its junction with Mowden Hall Lane for a distance of approximately 1075m in a south westerly direction.
2. To temporarily introduce a 'No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping' restriction in the above length of road for the duration of the closure only.
"The Essex County Council (Braintree District) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) Consolidation Order 2019" will be temporarily amended to include the temporary 'No Waiting at Any Time' restriction and suspend any existing parking and waiting restrictions on the above lengths of roads only. All other restrictions and exemptions contained in the aforementioned Order and Amendments to that Order shall remain in force.
The closure is scheduled to commence on 23rd March 2022 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2323417A - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while sign installation works are undertaken by Essex County Council.
An alternative route is available via Mowden Hall Lane, Crabb's Hill, Church Road, Remembrance Avenue, New Road, Maldon Road, Wickham Bishops Road, Hatfield Road, Station Road, Langford Road, Witham Road, Langford Road Roundabout, Heybridge Approach, Pond Roundabout, Maldon Bypass, Spital Road Roundabout, Spital Road, Wycke Hill, Limebrook Roundabout, Limebrook Way, Oak Corner, Southend Road, Chelmsford Road, Little Baddow Road, The Ridge, North Hill and vice versa. The Order came into effect on 3rd March 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier
