Notice is hereby given that Essex County Council proposes to make the above Order under Sections 1(1), 2(1) to (3), 3(2), 4(1), 4(2), 32(1), 35(1), 45, 46, 49, 53 and Parts III and IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) and Schedule 1 of The Traffic Orders Procedures Regulations 1996.
The effect of the Order:
1. To revoke 'Disabled Badge Holders Only' Bay on the following lengths of road:
Road Description
167 Maltings Lane, Witham
NORTH SIDE: from a point in line with the boundary of 163 and 165 Maltings Lane, northwest for a distance of approximately 6.0 metres. (Post and sign to be removed)
11 Homefield Road, Witham
NORTH SIDE: from a point in line with the eastern boundary of number 11 Homefield Road, west for a distance of approximately 5 metres (Post and sign to be removed)
2.
To revoke 'No waiting Mon-Fri 11.30am-12.30pm' on the following lengths of road:

NORTH SIDE: from a point approximately 6 metres west of the common boundary of 14 and 16 Homefield Road, for a distance of approximately 5 metres.
3. To Implement 'Disabled Badge Holders Only' Bay on the following lengths of road:

NORTH SIDE: from a point approximately 6 metres west of the common boundary of 14 and 16 Homefield Road, westwards for a distance of approximately 5 metres (New post and sign to be installed)

NORTH SIDE: from a point 3.5 metres east in line with the western boundary of No.1 Homefield Road, eastwards for a distance of approximately 5 metres.
4. To Implement 'No Waiting at Any Time' on the following lengths of road:

NORTH SIDE: From a point in line with the western boundary of No.1 Homefield Road, eastwards for a distance of approximately 3.5 metres.
5. To Implement 'No Waiting Mon-Fri 11.30am-12.30pm' on the following lengths of road:

NORTH SIDE: from a point in line with the eastern boundary of number 11 Homefield Road, west for a distance of approximately 5.0 metres.
This Order will be incorporated into The Essex County Council (Braintree District) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On-Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) Consolidation Order 2019 by substituting Map Tiles: TL820 157 Revision 0 to Revision 1, TL820 155 Revision 0 to Revision 1, TL820 135 Revision 1 to Revision 2.

(Braintree District) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On-Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) (Amendment No.19) Order 2022

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under sections S1(1), 2(1) to (3), 3(2), 4(1), 4(2), 32(1), 35(1),45, 46, 49, 53 and Parts III and IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended), and Schedule 1 of The Traffic Orders Procedures Regulations 1996.
Effect of the order: To Implement: No Waiting at Any Time Restrictions on the following lengths of School Road and Bristol Court, in the District of Braintree.

School Road, Silver End, Witham, Braintree
From a point approximately 5.5 metres south-west of the south point of the boundary of property number 88 Valentine Way, in a south-westerly direction for approximately 28 metres, to the eastern boundary of property number 79 Valentine Way (the restrictions will encompass
SOUTH SIDE the existing layby which is due to be removed for footway widening).
This Order will be incorporated into The Essex County Council (Braintree District) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On-Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) Consolidation Order 2019 by substituting map tile: TL810 192 Revision 0 to Revision 1.
Date of operation: The Order will come into operation on 11 February 2022.

Application to the high court: Anyone who wishes to question the validity of the Order of any provision contained in it on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) or on the grounds that any requirement of the Act, or any instrument made under it, has not been complied with in relation to the Order, may within six weeks from the date of the making of the Order apply to the High Court for this purpose.

(Gainsford End, Toppesfield) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Gainsford End, Toppesfield in the District of Braintree, from a point approximately 665m south west of its junction with
Carters Hill for a distance of approximately 470m in a south westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 9th March 2022 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (BC117000000000176432DNO1 - Openreach). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while underground plant transfer works are undertaken by Openreach.

(St Marys Road, Braintree) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of St Marys Road, Braintree in the District of Braintree, from its junction with East Street to its end a distance of approximately 170m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 7th March 2022 for
19 days, or where stated on a valid permit (KA18040353637 - Gigaclear Ltd). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while broadband installation works are undertaken by Gigaclear Ltd.

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Blunts Hall Road, Witham in the District of Braintree, from its junction with Stevens Road for a distance of approximately 75m in a westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 22nd February 2022 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (EN014M41818 - Essex And Suffolk Water). Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Cross Farm Road, Finchingfield in the District of Braintree, from a point approximately 83m west of its junction with Pump Lane for a distance of approximately 160m in a north westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 25th February 2022 for 5 days, or where stated on a valid permit (AD01458293156/2 - Anglian Water). (Hall Road, Panfield) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Hall Road, Panfield in the District of Braintree, from a point approximately 1085m south then east of its junction with Shalford Road for a distance of approximately 70m in an easterly direction. (Hollow Road, Kelvedon) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) (Church Lane, Kelvedon) (Temporary Suspension of 7.5 Tonne Weight Restriction) Order 2022

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order:
1. To temporarily close that length of Hollow Road, Kelvedon in the District of Braintree, from a point approximately 950m north west of its junction with High Street for a distance of approximately 60m in a north westerly direction.
2. To temporarily suspend the 7.5 tonne weight restriction on Church Lane, Kelvedon for the duration of the above closure for access purposes.
The closure is scheduled to commence on 23rd February 2022 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (AD03058834060/4 - Anglian Water). The Order came into effect on 3rd February 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier

(Oak Hill, Wethersfield) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Oak Hill, Wethersfield in the District of Braintree, from a point approximately 140m south east of its junction with Gosfield Road for a distance of approximately 110m in a south easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 22nd February 2022 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (AD01458293324/1 - Anglian Water). (Polecat Road, Cressing) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Polecat Road, Cressing in the District of Braintree, from its junction with Church Road to its junction with Witham Road a distance of approximately 700m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 15th February 2022 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2323306-EH2323307 -Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network.
