Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council proposes to make the above Order under sections S1(1), 2(1) to (3), 3(2), 4(1), 4(2), 32(1), 35(1),45,46,49,53, Parts IV and III of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended), and Schedule 1 of The Traffic Orders Procedures Regulations 1996
Effect of the order:
To Implement A Prohibition of Left-Hand Turn Restriction on the following lengths of Allectus Way, Witham.
Road Description
Allectus Way From a point approximately 207.7 metres from its junction with Siward Road, in a westerly direction for a distance of approximately 20 metres.
To Implement: A Prohibition of Right-Hand Turn Restriction on the following lengths of Allectus Way, Witham.
Road Description
Allectus Way From a point approximately 165.5 metres from its junction with Alfreg Road, in an easterly direction for a distance of approximately 20 metres.
To Implement: A Prohibition of Entry Restriction on the following lengths of Porter Way, Witham.
Road Description
Porter Way From its junction with Allectus Way, in a south-westerly direction for a distance of approximately 20 metres.
To Implement A No Stopping at Any Time Restriction on the following lengths of Allectus Way, Witham. Road Description Allectus Way
EAST SIDE:
From a point approximately 165.5 metres from its junction with Alfreg Road, in a south-easterly direction for a distance of approximately 21.17 metres.
WEST SIDE:
From a point approximately 167.6 metres from its junction with Siward Road, in a south-easterly direction for a distance of approximately 22.21 metres.
To Implement A Bus Gate on the following lengths of Porter Way, Witham.
Road Description
Porter Way From a point approximately 20 metres southwest of give way line at Allectus Way, in a north-easterly direction for a distance of approximately 20 metres.

(Tinkers Green Road, Finchingfield) (Temporary Prohibition
of Traffic) Order 2022
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close Tinkers Green Road, Finchingfield in the District of Braintree, approximately 217m N of Mill End Road for approximately 52m N.
The closure is scheduled to commence on 24/01/2022 to 26/01/2022 or where appropriate signs are showing and weather permitting. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while new treated foul water connection works are undertaken.
The alternative route will be via Tinkers Green Road, Little London Hills B1057, Howe Street, Spains Hall Road, and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 24/01/2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Blake End, Great Saling) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Blake End, Great Saling in the District of Braintree, from a point approximately 195m north west of its junction with Dunmow Road for a distance of approximately 175m in a north westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 15th February 2022 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (AD03010673139/2 - Anglian Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one. network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while new connection works are undertaken by Anglian Water. An alternative route is available via Blake End, The Street, Bardfield Road, Stebbing Road, Newpasture Lane, Porters Hall Road, Warehouse Road, Dunmow Road and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 27th January 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Gainsford End, Toppesfield) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Gainsford End, Toppesfield in the District of Braintree from a point approximately 80m north west of its junction with Mallows Lane for a distance of approximately 320m in a north easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 14th February 2022 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (BC0080GEA54016093A - Openreach). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while overhead cabling works are undertaken by Openreach. An alternative route is available via Gainsford End, Gainsford Hall Road, Toppesfield Road, Colemans Farm Lane.Wethersfield Road, Sculpins Lane, Finchingfield Road, Meadside, Silver Street, High Street, Hudsons Hill, Hedingham Road, Moms Green Road, Bar Hall Road, Carters Hill, Gainsford End Road and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 27th January 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Chaucer Crescent, Braintree) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Chaucer Crescent, Braintree in the District of Braintree, from a point approximately 20m south east of its junction with Kipling Way for a distance of approximately 60m in a south easterly then easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 2nd February 2022 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (AD03010621522/1 -Anglian Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while new connection works are undertaken by Anglian Water. An alternative route is available via Browning Road, Challis Lane, Masefield Road and vice versa with access into Chaucer Crescent). The Order came into effect on 13th January 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
