(Borough of Basildon) (Churchill Avenue, Fryerns) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On-Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) (Amendment No.20) Order 20**
Notice Is hereby given that Essex County Council proposes to make the above Order under Sections 1(1), 2(1) to (3), 3(2), 4(1), 4(2), 32(1), 35(1), 45,46,49,53 and Part III of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
The effect of the Order: To introduce No Waiting at Any Time restrictions on the following length of road:
Road Description
Churchill Avenue, Fryerns
NORTH SIDE:
 i. Fran its junction with Craylands, in a westerly direction for approximately 44 metres, to a point in line with the western kerb line.

Churchill Avenue, Fryerns
WEST SIDE:
 i. From a point approximately 10 metres from the centre of the junction with Site Access Road 1, in a southerly direction for approximately 50 metres to the northern kerb line of Site Access Road 2.
ii. From a point approximately 10 metres from the centre of the junction with Site Access Road 2, in a south-westerly direction for approximately 39 metres to the start of the (Western) bus cage markings.
iii. From the end of the (Western) bus cage markings in a south westerly direction for approximately 41.5 metres to the eastern kerb line of the access tor ACL Basildon.
iv. From a point approximately 10 metres from the centre of the junction with the access to ACL Basildon in a south-westerly direction for approximately 31 metres to the northern kerb line of the access to Basildon Adult Community College.
v. From a point approximately 10 metres from the centre of the junction with the access to Basildon Adult Community College in a southerly direction for approximately 15.9 metres to the northern kerb line of the residents parking access.
vi. From a point approximately 7 metres from the centre of the junction with the access to residents parking in a southerly direction for approximately 16.5 metres to the northern kerb line of Layby 1.
vii. From the southern kerb line of Layby 1 (outside No's 31 -35) in a south-westerly direction for approximately 3.5 metres to the northern kerb line of Layby 2.
viii. From the southern kerb line of Layby 2 (outside No's 19-29) in a south-westerly direction for approximately 3.5 metres to the northern kerb line of Layby 3.
ix. From the southern kerb line of Layby 3 (outside No's 1 -17) in a south-westerly direction for approximately 41 metres to the junction with the roundabout on Broadmayne.

ii. From a point starting at the southern end of the layby (beside the balancing ponds) In a south westerly direction for approximately 7.8 metres.
iii. From a point in line with the southern boundary line of properties 9 to 17.in a south westerly direction for approximately 14 metres.
iv. From the middle of the junction with Nightingale Grove in a south-westerly and then southerly direction for approximately 86.5 metres.
v. From the southern end of the layby outside the properties 22 to 14 in a south­westerly direction for 3.5 metres.
vi. From the southern kerb line of the layby opposite the footpath leading to Darwin Close in a south-westerly direction for approximately 3 metres.
vii. From the southern kerb line of the layby outside No.6 Churchill Avenue in a south and then south-easterly direction for approximately 43.5 metres, to its junction with the roundabout.

This Order will be incorporated into The Essex County Council (Basildon Borough) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On-Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) Consolidation Order 2019 [hereinafter referred to as the 2019 Consolidation Order] by substituting tile numbers TQ720 890 Revision 0 to Revision 1, TQ720 892 Revision 1 to Revision 2, TQ725 892 Revision 0 to Revision 1.

(20mph Zone) Order 20**
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council proposes to make the above Order under Sections 84(1) and (2) and Parts III and IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order To introduce a 20mph zone on the following length of road, College Gardens, Rocheway, in the City of Rochford.

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section S84, and Parts III and IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended).
Effect of the order
To Revoke: In its entirety "Basildon District Council Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984' 'The District of Basildon (40mph Speed Limit) Order 1989'.
To Introduce: 40mph Speed Limit on Queens Park Avenue.

From a point 17.0 metres north of the northern kerb line of Rosebay Avenue, heading in a north-north-easterly direction for approximately 915 metres, to its junction with Stock Road/ Potash Roundabout.
To Implement: Restricted Road at 30mph Speed Limit by virtue of Street Lighting on Queens Park Avenue.

Effect of the order To Introduce: 40mph Speed Limit buffer on Wakering Road in the District of Rochford (an existing derestricted road)

From its junction with Poynters Lane, heading in a southerly direction for a distance of approximately 430 metres, ending approximately 3 metres south of the boundary of property number 225 Wakering Road.
This Order will come into effect on 19 January 2022.

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order To temporarily close that length of Avenue Road, Benfleet in the Borough of Castle Point, from its junction with Underhill Road for a distance of approximately 40m in a northerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 7th February 2022 for 40 days, or where stated on a valid permit (AZ5021001112344 -Cadent). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while main replacement works are undertaken by Cadent. An alternative route is available via Underhill Road, Mount Road, Fernlea Road, Avenue Road and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 27th January 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Chelmsford Road, Rawreth) (Temporary Introduction
of a 30mph Speed Limit) Order 2022
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily introduce a 30mph speed limit in that length of Chelmsford Road, Rawreth in the District of Rochford, from a point approximately 300m north west of its junction with Church Road tor a distance of approximately 330m in a north westerly direction. The speed limit is scheduled to commence on 7th February 2022 for 19 days, or where stated on a valid permit (AZ5021001113514 - Cadent). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The speed limit is required for the safety of the public and workforce while gas main replacement works are undertaken by Cadent. The Order will come into effect on 27th January 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Daws Heath Road, Thundersley & Daws Heath Road, Hadleigh) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order
1. To temporarily close that length of Daws Heath Road, Thundersley in the Borough of Castle Point, from its junction with Central Avenue for a distance of approximately 60m in a southerly direction.
2. To temporarily close that length of Daws Heath Road, Hadleigh in the Borough of Castle Point, from its junction with Thorington Avenue for a distance of approximately 60m in a westerly direction.
The closures are scheduled to commence on 7th February 2022 for 4 nights (19:00 - 05:00), or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2324340 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary tor these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closures are required for the safety of the public and workforce while carriageway patching works are undertaken by Essex County Council. (Greensward Lane & Spa Road, Hockley) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order To temporarily close that length of Greensward Lane & Spa Road, Hockley in the District of Rochford, from a point approximately 75m north east of the junction with Station Approach for a distance of approximately 40m in a north eastedy direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 7th February 2022 for 2 nights (23:00 - 06:00), or where stated on a valid permit (KL737SSV-36-17-070222/A - Network Rail Infrastructure Ltd). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while bridge examination works are undertaken by Network Rail Infrastructure Ltd. The Order will come into effect on 27th January 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Hall Road, Rochford) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Hall Road, Rochford in the District of Rochford, from it junction with Church Walk to its junction with West Street 50m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 8th February 2022 for 2 nights (23:00 - 06:00), or where stated on a valid permit (KL737SSV-38-49-080222 -Network Rail Infrastructure Ltd). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while bridge examination works are undertaken by Network Rail Infrastructure Ltd.

(Lower Road, Hullbridge) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Lower Road, Hullbridge in the District of Rochford, from its junction with Central Avenue to its junction with Pevensey Gardens a distance of approximately 95m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 13th February 2022 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (BC008PTMS265048-01 - Openreach). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while pole testing works are undertaken by Openreach.

(Stock Road, Billericay) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Stock Road, Billericay in the Borough of Basildon, from a point approximately 50m northeast of its junction with Oakwood Drive for a distance of approximately 170m in a northeasterly direction. The works are scheduled to commence on 11th February 2022 for 23 days (the closure will be for 3 nights only within this duration 20:00-06:00), or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2292384 -Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one. network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while new puffin crossing installation works are undertaken by Essex County Council. (Temptin Avenue, Canvey Island) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Temptin Avenue, Canvey Island in the Borough of Castle Point, from its junction with Smallgains Avenue to its junction with Holbek Road a distance of approximately 280m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 24th January 2022 for 33 days, or where stated on a valid permit (AZ5021001108817 - Cadent). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while mains replacement works are undertaken by Cadent.
An alternative route is available via Holbek Road, Norton Avenue, Smallgains Avenue and vice versa. The Order came into effect on 13th January 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Watery Lane, Rawreth) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order To temporarily close that length of Watery Lane, Rawreth in the District of Rochford, from a point approximately 490m west of its junction with Hullbridge Road for a distance of approximately 95m in a westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 27th January 2022 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (BC411SAWCHWT40N001 - Openreach). The scheduled dates may vary tor these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while pole replacement works are undertaken by Openreach.
