(B13S9 Hatfield Road, Witham) (Prohibition of No Entry) Order 20**
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council proposes to make the above Order under Sections 1(1) and 2(1) to (3), 3(2) and Part III of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order:
1. To prohibit vehicles from making a right hand turn on the south-westbound carriageway of the B1389 Hatfield Road, Witham at a point approximately 16.7 metres north-east from the eastern kerb line of the A12 slip road.
2. To introduce a no entry for vehicles travelling on the south-westbound carriageway of the B1389 Hatfield Road, Witham.

(Tinkers Green Road, Finchingfield) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council Intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order To temporarily close Tinkers Green Road, Finchingfield in the District of Braintree, approximately 217m N of Mill End Road for approximately 52m N. The closure is scheduled to commence on 24/01/2022 to 26/01/2022 or where appropriate signs are showing and weather permitting. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while new treated foul water connection works are undertaken. The alternative route will be via Tinkers Green Road, Little London Hills B1057, Howe Street, Spains Hall Road and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 24/01/2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Bell Lane, Great Bardfield) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council Intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Bell Lane, Great Bardfield in the District of Braintree, from its junction with High Street for a distance of approximately 50m in a north westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 10th February 2022 for 5 days, or where stated on a valid permit (AD01559358774 - Anglian Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while communication pipe repair works are undertaken by Anglian Water.
An alternative route is available via High Street, Vine Street, Bridge Street, Bridge End, Finchingfield Road, Bardfield Road, The Green, Brent Hall Road, Sampford Road, Hawkins Hill, Hall Road, Hill Road.Thaxted Road, Great Sampford Road, Walden Road, Newbiggen Street, Watling Street, Town Street, Mill End, Little Bardfield Road, Little Sampford Road, Bell Lane and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 20th January 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Kynaston Road/Church End, Panfield) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council Intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Kynaston Road/Church End, Panfield in the District of Braintree, from the junction with Hall Road to the junction with Queens Gardens a distance of approximately 1020m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 7th February 2022 for 5 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2322947 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety ot the public and workforce while carriageway patching works are undertaken by Essex County Council. An alternative route is available via Shalford Road, Jaspers Green, Garretts Lane, Shalford Green, Church End, Braintree Road, Water Lane and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 20th January 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
