(Footpath 11, Gosfield, in the District of Braintree), (Temporary Prohibition of Use) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section S14 and Part III of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended), and Schedule 1 of The Traffic Orders Procedures Regulations 1996.
Effect of the order: To Implement Temporary Prohibition of Use To temporarily close part of Footpath 11, Gosfield, in the District of Braintree. From its junction with A1017 Hedingham Road, heading westwards for approximately 166 metres, to where it meets the northern junction of Meadway.
The closure is scheduled to commence on 08 December 2021 to 08 June 2022 or where appropriate signs are showing and weather permitting. The closure is required because works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the road while the construction of 35 Show Houses / Plots is undertaken. The alternative route will be, via Hedingham Road at the junction with Footpath 11, heading in a southerly direction to an alley that heads westwards towards Chestnut Avenue, then head north along Chestnut Avenue, then west to join Meadway, then head north on Meadway to where it connects to Footpath 11, and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 08 December 2021 and may continue in force for 6 months, or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier. This Order may be extended by the Secretary of State if an extension is required.

(Church Lane, Castle Hedingham) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Church Lane, Castle Hedingham in the District of Braintree, from its junction with Queen Street for a distance of approximately 30m in a westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 4th January 2022 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (BC411SAWCQT5K7X001 - Openreach). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while frame and cover replacement works are undertaken by Openreach. An alternative route is available via Queen Street, St James Street, Majendie Lane, Falcon Square, Churchponds with access into Church Lane up to the One Way.
The Order will come into effect on 16th December 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Moat Street, Gestingthorpe) (Temporary Prohibition of
Traffic) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Moat Street, Gestingthorpe in the District of Braintree, from its junction with Hedingham Road for a distance of approximately 595m in a north westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 6th January 2022 for 5 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2321039 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while ironwork repair works are undertaken by Essex County Council. An alternative route is available via Hedingham Road, Broad Road, Bulmer Tye, Church Road, Bulmer Street, Lower Houses, Sudbury Road, Church Street, Audley End and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 16th December 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Nether Hill, Gestingthorpe) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Nether Hill, Gestingthorpe in the District of Braintree, from a point approximately 200m north of its junction with North End Road for a distance of approximately 220m in a north easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 4th January 2022 for 4 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EC30060821958 -JK Power Networks). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while new connection works are undertaken by JK Power Networks.
An alternative route is available via Nether Hill, North End Road, Yeldham Road, Puttock End, Chapel Hill and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 16th December 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Queens Road, Earls Colne) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) and (Burrows Road, Earls Colne) (Temporary Suspension of One Way and Temporary Introduction of
a Clearway) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order:
1. To temporarily close that length of Queens Road, Earls Colne in the District of Braintree, from its junction with High Street for a distance of approximately 75m in a north easterly direction.
2. To temporarily suspend the one way restriction in Burrows Road, Earls Colne, in the District of Braintree, from its junction with High Street for a distance of approximately 38m in a northerly direction as detailed in 'The Essex County Council (Burrows Road, Earls Colne) (One Way) Order 2014' for the duration of the above closure only
3. To temporarily introduce a 'No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping' Restriction in that length of Burrows Road, Earls Colne, in the District of Braintree, from its junction with High Street for a distance of approximately 38m in a northerly direction for the duration of the above closure only. "The Essex County Council (Braintree District) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) Consolidation Order 2019" will be temporarily amended to include the temporary 'No Waiting at Any Time' restriction and suspend any existing parking and waiting restrictions on the above lengths of roads only. All other restrictions and exemptions contained in the aforementioned Order and Amendments to that Order shall remain in force. The closure is scheduled to commence on 4th January 2022 for 4 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2320583 -Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while footway repair works are undertaken by Essex County Council.
An alternative route is available via High Street, Burrows Road, Hillie Bunnies, Queens Road and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 16th December 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Sloe Hill
/White Ash Green, Halstead) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic & Temporary Introduction of a Clearway) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order
1. To temporarily close that length of Sloe Hill/White Ash Green, Halstead in the District of Braintree, from the junction with Beridge Road for a distance of approximately 775m in a north westerly direction.
2. To temporarily introduce a 'No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping' restriction in that length of Sloe Hill/White Ash Green, Halstead in the District of Braintree, from the junction with Beridge Road for a distance of approximately 775m in a north westerly direction for the duration of the above closure only.
"The Essex County Council (Braintree District) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) Consolidation Order 2019" will be temporarily amended to include the temporary 'No Waiting at Any Time' restriction and suspend any existing parking and waiting restrictions on the above lengths of roads only. All other restrictions and exemptions contained in the aforementioned Order and Amendments to that Order shall remain in force. The closure is scheduled to commence on 10th January 2022 for 12 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2320061A -Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while surface water repair works are undertaken by Essex County Council.
An alternative route is available via White Ash Green, Halstead Road - Zc5002, The Street, Braintree Road, Gosfield Road, Halstead Road, Pennypot Corner, Bournebridge Hill, Mount Hill, Chapel Hill and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 16th December 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier

(Star Lane, Greenstead Green) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order To temporarily close that length of Star Lane, Greenstead Green in the District of Braintree, from its junction with Sudbury Road for a distance of approximately 350m in a south easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 5th January 2022 for 8 days, or where stated on a valid permit (KA18000000802 - Gigaclear Ltd). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while duct laying works are undertaken by Gigaclear Ltd.

(Station Road, Sible Hedingham) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order To temporarily close that length of Station Road, Sible Hedingham in the District of Braintree, from its junction with Rippers Court to its junction with Christmas Field a distance of approximately 21 Om. The closure is scheduled to commence on 10th January 2022 tor 12 days (resurfacing will be at night), or where stated on a valid permit (EP20153063778 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while zebra crossing installation and resurfacing works are undertaken by Essex County Council.

(Various Roads, District of Braintree) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic ^Temporary Introduction of a Clearway) (Bridge Street/Newland Street, Witham) (Temporary Suspension of Weight Limit) & (London Road, Kelvedon) (Temporary Introduction of 30mph Speed Limit) (No.12) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given
that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order:
that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
1. To temporarily close the various lengths of road in the District of Braintree as specified in schedule 1.

2. A temporary 'No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping' restriction will be introduced on both sides of carriageway on the above lengths of road and those in schedule 2 for the duration of the closures to facilitate the works. Signs will be Installed indicating when the No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping restriction will be in force.

3. To temporarily suspend the 7.5 Tonne weight restriction in that length of Bridge Street and Newlands Street, Witham from its junction with Spinks Lane to its junction with Maldon Road as detailed in 'The Essex County Council (Bridge Street & Newlands Street, Witham) (7.5 Tonne Weight Restriction) Order 2009.

4. To temporarily introduce a 30mph speed restriction in London Road, Kelvedon from Cranes Lane to start of 30mph zone.

"The Essex County Council (Braintree District) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) Consolidation Order 2019" will be temporarily amended to include the temporary 'No Waiting at Any Time' restriction and suspend any existing parking and waiting restrictions on the above lengths of roads only. All other restrictions and exemptions contained in the aforementioned Order and Amendments to that Order shall remain in force. The works being undertaken will take place within an 18-month period from 16th December 2021, exact dates will be specified on one.network. The roads will be closed to facilitate each phase of works and then re-opened to the public. Access will be maintained for emergency services. Diversion routes will be signed at each location and residents will be informed of the dates of each phase via letter/leaflet drop and advanced warning signs on the road. Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order To temporarily close that length of Toppesfield Road, Great Yeldham in the District of Braintree, from a point approximately 423m south west of its junction with High Street for a distance of approximately 240m in a south westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 22nd December 2021 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (BC008PTMS185000 -Openreach). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while pole testing works are undertaken by Openreach.
