(Braintree District) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On-Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) (Amendment No.3) Order 20** Zebra Crossing - B1018 Cressing Road, Witham
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council proposes to make the above Order under Sections 1(1), 2(1) to (3), 3(2), 4(1), 4(2), 32(1), 35(1), 45,46,49,53 and Paris III & IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To revoke 'No Stopping Mon-Fri 8am-9.30am and 2.30pm-4pm on entrance markings' on the following lengths of B1018 Cressing Road, Witham in the District of Braintree: 1) SOUTH WEST SIDE: From a point in line with the boundary between No.107 and 109, north west for approximately 37.56 metres. 2) NORTH EAST SIDE: From a point approximately 70.12 metres north west of the south eastern boundary of no. 62, north west for approximately 31.56 metres.
The 'No Stopping except buses' restriction on the SOUTH WEST SIDE of B1018 Cressing Road, from a point approximately 2.4 metres north west from the south eastern property boundary of No. 97, north west for approximately 32.3 metres will be removed. 'No Stopping except buses' will be introduced on the following lengths of B1018 Cressing Road: 1) south west side, from a point 12.8 metres north west of the north western kerb line of Cross Road, north west for approximately 18.8 metres. 2) NORTH EAST SIDE: from a point 58.5 metres north west of the north western kerb line of Cross Road, north west for approximately 23.3 metres.
This Order will be incorporated into The Essex County Council (Braintree District) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On-Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) Consolidation Order 2019 by substituting tile number TL815157 and TL815160 revision 0 to revision 1.
Notice is also hereby given that under Sections 23 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 the Essex County Council proposes to establish a Zebra Crossing on B1018 Cressing Road, Witham in the District of Braintree, the centre line of the crossing will be located approximately 104.4 metres north west of the centre line junction with Cross Road. Zig zags associated with the Zebra Crossing are proposed to be installed on the following lengths of B1018 Cressing Road, Witham in the District of Braintree: 1) BOTH SIDES: From a point approximately 107.4 metres North West of the centre line junction with Cross Road, north-westwards for approximately 17 metres. 2) BOTH SIDES: From a point approximately 101.4 metres North West of the centre line junction with Cross Road, south eastwards for approximately 17 metres.

(Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Blackmore End, Wethersfield in the District of Braintree, from its junction with Beazley End to its junction with Hedingham Road a distance of approximately 3250m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 4th January 2022 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2321232 -Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while post and rail fencing replacement works are undertaken by Essex County Council.
An alternative route is available via Hedingham Road, Wethersfield Road, Almshouse Green, Prayors Hill, Rectory Road, Swan Street, Potter Street, Queen Street, Braintree Road, Halstead Road, The Street, Church Road, Parkhall Road, Beazley End and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 16th December 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Codham Mill Lane & Beazley End, Wethersfield)
(Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order:
1. To temporarily close that length of Codham Mill Lane, Wethersfield in the District of Braintree, from its junction with Beazley End for a distance of approximately 75m in a south westerly direction.
2. To temporarily close that length of Beazley End, Wethersfield, in the District of Braintee from a point approximately 400m south west of its junction with Parkhall Road for a distance of approximately 220m in a south westerly then south easterly direction.
The closures are scheduled to commence on 10th January 2022 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (BC008WCLFF33S01 & 02 - Openreach). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closures are required tor the safety of the public and workforce while overhead cabling works are undertaken by Openreach.
An alternative route is available via Beazley End, Blackmore End, Pattens Farm Road, Hedingham Road, Hudsons Hill, High Street, The Green, Braintree Road, Wethersfield Road, The Street, Water Lane, Panfield Road, Deanery Hill, Church Lane, Church Street, Bovingdon Road and vice versa (with access only to Codhams Lane and Codhams Hall Lane). The Order will come into effect on 16th December 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Crabb's Hill, Hatfield Peverel)
(Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Crabb's Hill, Hatfield Peverel in the District of Braintree, from its junction with Church Road for a distance of approximately
100m in a south westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 6th January 2022 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (BC008WCLKGC0N01 - Openreach). The scheduled dates may vary tor these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while pole renewal works are undertaken by Openreach.
An alternative route is available via Church Road, The Street, London Road, Mowden Hall Lane, Crabb's Hill and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 16th December 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order To temporarily close that length of Lombard Street, Finchingfield in the District of Braintree, from its junction with Finchingfield Road tor a distance of approximately 230m in a south westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 12th January 2022 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (AD01458293244 -Anglian Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while boundary box installation works are undertaken by Anglian Water. An alternative route is available via Wethersfield Road, Sculpins Lane, Daw Street, Mill Road, Whinbush Farm Road, Cross Hill, Willows Road and vice versa (with access only in Lombard Street).
The Order will come into effect on 16th December 2021 and may continue in force tor 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order To temporarily close that length of Noakes Farm Road, Terling in the District of Braintree from its junction with Rolls Farm Lane to its junction with Birds Farm Road a distance of approximately 1225m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 5th January 2022 tor 6 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2320389 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required tor the safety of the public and workforce while carriageway patching works are undertaken by Essex County Council. An alternative route is available via Noakes Lane, Birds Farm Lane, Boreham Road, Fuller Street, Fairstead Lodge Road, Braintree Road, Owls Hill, The Street, Church Road, Terling Hall Road, Rolls Farm Lane and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 16th December 2021 and may continue in force tor 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Water Lane, Shalford)
(Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order To temporarily close that length of Water Lane, Shalford in the District of Braintree, from a point approximately 135m south west of its junction with Braintree Road for a distance of approximately 260m in a south westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 12th January 2022 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (AD01458293326 - Anglian Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while boundary box installation works are undertaken by Anglian Water.

(Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order To temporarily close that length of Wethersfield Road, Finchingfield in the District of Braintree, from its junction with Lombard Street for a distance of approximately 215m in a north westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 10th January 2022 for 3 nights (19:00-06:00), or where stated on a valid permit (AD01557939110 -Anglian Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required tor the safety of the public and workforce while boundary box installation works are undertaken by Anglian Water. (Docwra Road/Riverside Way, Kelvedon)
(Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order To temporarily close that length of Docwra Road/Riverside Way, Kelvedon in the District of Braintree, from the junction with St Marys Road to the junction with Lapwing Drive a distance of approximately 175m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 20th December 2021 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2319338 -Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required tor the safety of the public and workforce while carriageway patching works are undertaken by Essex County Council. An alternative route is available via St Mary's Road, High Street, Easterford Road, Riverside Way and vice versa.
The Order came into effect on 2nd December 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
